Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. Please give accurate information when you sign up.

Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens on your account. Let us know right away at marinasamuel16@gmail.com if you think someone else has gotten into it.

• You own what you post: books, reviews, ratings, comments, and cover images you upload.
• You give us permission to store it and show it to the people it's meant for (your club members, and for book details, everyone using Page & Spin), only as needed to run the app.
• Only upload covers and other content you have the right to use.
• Whoever creates a club manages it. Members can leave a club at any time.
• Please mark spoilers so your club can enjoy the book.

• Harass, threaten, or bully other members, or post hateful content.
• Post anything illegal, or anything that violates someone else's rights.
• Spam, impersonate others, or try to get into clubs or accounts that aren't yours.
• Interfere with the app, overload it, or try to copy its data in bulk.

There's no place in Page & Spin for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You can report a comment or review, or block a member, from the ⋯ menu next to it. We look at every report within 24 hours, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Book details come from our members and from Open Library, a non-profit book catalog. They may sometimes be incomplete or wrong. Book covers belong to their publishers and artists and are shown to help you recognize books.

Some links to buy books may be affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you. Purchases are made with the store, under its terms, not with us.

The main features of Page & Spin are free. Page & Spin Plus is an optional subscription that adds extras such as host kits, reading reminders, custom wheel colors and starting more than one club.

• Price and renewal. Plus costs $3.99 per month (plus any tax), charged when you subscribe and then automatically every month until you cancel. We show the price before you pay.
• Cancel anytime. Cancel from "Manage or cancel" on the Plus page, or email marinasamuel16@gmail.com. You keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Refunds. Payments aren't refunded for partly used periods, except where the law requires or where Stripe issues a refund. If something went wrong with a charge, email us and we'll make it right.
• Payments and tax. Stripe sells Plus on our behalf and handles the payment, any sales tax and your receipts, under its own terms. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
• Changes. If we change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then. If a payment fails, Plus features may pause until it's fixed.
• AI-written host kits. Host kit questions and theme ideas may be written by an AI model from the book's details. They're suggestions and may contain mistakes.

You can stop using Page & Spin at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing marinasamuel16@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we have to stop offering the app.

We work hard to keep Page & Spin running well, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that information in it will always be accurate.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or unexpected losses that come from using Page & Spin, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

We may update the app and these terms. When we change the terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Page & Spin afterward means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in New Jersey.
